LODGING POLICIES
GENERAL
- No Pets and No Smoking in units.
- One night deposit is charged to credit card at time of reservation, with remaining balance due at check-in.
- Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
- Large Groups (3 or more rooms booked) and/or Extended Stay (reservations 7 or more nights): A one night deposit is charged to credit card at time of reservation, a second night deposit is charged to credit card 30 days prior to check-in, with remaining balance due at check-in.
- Sturgis Motorcycle Rally is a high impact period. For Rally Reservations, one night deposit will be charged to credit card at time of reservation, with remaining balance charged to credit card June 1.
HOUSE-KEEPING
- House-keeping is family style. Rooms will not be cleaned daily however towels will be replaced daily and garbage cans emptied. Full Service cleaning of the room may be requested at the front desk.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: After 3:00 PM. If arriving after 10PM, please call (605) 394-9866 to make arrangements.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
NO SMOKING Absolutely No Smoking Inside
CHILDREN & PETS
- Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
- Pets are not allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, our policy is as follows:
- Motel Rooms: please call us at least 3 (three) days prior to your check-in for a full refund of your deposit. If cancellation is made less than 3 days prior to your check-in, deposit is not refunded.
- Cabins: Deposits are non-refundable.
- Large Groups & Extended Stays: Deposits are considered non-refundable.
- Whole House Bookings: A 30-day cancellation notice is required on Whole House Bookings and for some holidays and special events.
- Rally Reservations: Deposits are non-refundable. If Room/Cabin is cancelled after June 1, deposit is non-refundable however if we rent your room/cabin for all your dates we will refund balance.

If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
AUTO-COLLECTA deposit for the first night's stay is collected at the time of purchase. Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

CREDIT CARD SECURITYYour credit card information is stored and processed securely.
